Please perform a total reboot before contacting us. A total reboot will solve most issues much more quickly than a support ticket.
Unplug the power to the BoardLink unit, wait at least 30 seconds
Unplug the power to your TV, wait at least 30 seconds
Plug the power back in to your TV, wait for it to boot
Plug the power back in to the BoardLink unit, wait for it to boot
If the problem persists, repeat steps 1 and 2 once more
If the problem continues, and you can isolate it to your BoardLink unit* create a ticket below. Please be sure to isolate any other problems that may occur by restarting your displays as well as your internet router, if needed. *In the event of a total outage, always check that your wifi is connected and that you haven't lost power to either your unit or your display.
